Please help us
to raise enough money to help Jarrah and his family as they transition into this new era, and to make the future even more optimistic for young Jarrah.
Jarrah's Fight for Sight
Nine year old Jarrah was diagnosed with retinoblastoma at the age of two. He has endured countless rounds of heavy-hitting treatment to fight this rare form of malignant cancer and was only a toddler when his right eye was removed.
Jarrah has now been tragically robbed of his eyesight completely after losing his left eye - again to cancer - in May this year.
So now we are calling on you to help us raise as much money as we can to assist Jarrah and his family.
We are seeking donations to help pay for:
-
Jarrah’s new prosthetic eyes
-
essential equipment to assist Jarrah’s education, including a colour pen reader, a Braille note machine, and a computer with the JAWS screen-reader program, and
-
the necessary modifications to Jarrah’s bedroom, bathroom, and other areas in the family home, enabling Jarrah to safely and confidently move around.
